Getting to Farnborough

Delegates are encouraged to use public transport where possible. Farnborough is well served by rail, with several nearby stations connecting the venue to London, Reading, Guildford, Woking, Aldershot and the wider South East.

To make onward travel easier, DPRTE will operate a shuttle service to and from key local checkpoints, running every 30 minutes throughout the event.

By Rail

Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre is within easy reach of Farnborough Main, Farnborough North, North Camp and Aldershot stations.

Farnborough Main is on the London Waterloo mainline, with regular services and journey times from London Waterloo from around 35 minutes.

Farnborough Main is approximately 1.5 miles from the venue, with onward connections available by taxi, local bus or event shuttle.

Event Shuttle

DPRTE will provide a shuttle service to help delegates travel between major local checkpoints and Farnborough International Exhibition Centre.

Shuttles will run every 30 minutes, making it easier to connect from nearby rail stations, transport hubs and designated collection points.

Full shuttle locations and operating times will be confirmed with delegates ahead of the event.

Farnborough is served by local bus routes connecting the town with nearby areas including Aldershot, Camberley, Fleet and surrounding transport hubs.

We recommend checking local bus and coach timetables in advance and allowing additional time for onward travel to the venue.

Walking & Local Connections

For delegates staying locally, Farnborough town centre and nearby hotels are within easy reach of the venue by taxi, shuttle or local transport.

Where walking is suitable, delegates should follow marked pedestrian routes and event signage on arrival.

By Road

Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre is located just off the A325 and is accessible from the M3 Junction 4 and A31.

For SatNav directions, the accessible gate and relevant postcode will be confirmed directly with all delegates.

For those travelling from further afield, London Heathrow and Gatwick provide onward connections to Farnborough by rail, coach, taxi or private transfer.

Heathrow is around 30 minutes by car, while Gatwick is around 50 minutes by car, depending on traffic.

Farnborough Airport is adjacent to the venue and supports private and business aviation.
