Defence Procurement Research, Technology & Exportability 2021 Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre
DPRTE takes the wellbeing of our event participants extremely seriously.
Since the start of the pandemic, the event industry has been working closely with the Government to pioneer pilots that prove the measures introduced into venues keep our delegates, exhibitors, speakers and staff safe. As the event venue reopens at full capacity from 19 July, these key protocols will remain in place.
While we can’t legally enforce the wearing of face coverings, we will ask our attendees to wear a face covering throughout their visit, unless they are medically exempt. Face coverings will also be available within the venue.
The event venue is equipped with excellent ventilation systems and we will continue with stringent hygiene and sanitation measures throughout the venue, as well as regular deep cleaning.
We are encouraging all event participants to arrive in plenty of time, with doors opening from 0830. Extra staff will also be employed to help manage the flow and movement of all attendees.
Finally, we are giving careful consideration to the idea of a COVID certification system. At this point, we are awaiting more guidance from the Government on the implementation of this measure for events such as ours.
We are hugely looking forward to welcoming you back to DPRTE – the UK’s leading defence procurement and supply chain event.
