Admiral Sir Keith served as NATO’s Deputy Supreme Allied Commander Europe (DSACEUR), acting as the Alliance’s second-in-command for operational matters, and brings more than four decades of leadership experience across the Royal Navy, NATO, the European Union and international coalitions.

His career includes leading the introduction of the Royal Navy’s Queen Elizabeth Class aircraft carriers, four years as NATO Maritime Commander, and command of four warships. Since retiring from the Royal Navy in 2026, he has remained active in the sector as CEO of Flagstaff Defence, a senior mentor to NATO, and a board-level adviser to several organisations.

Admiral Sir Keith’s keynote session on day two of the Expo will give delegates his perspective on the future of defence, international collaboration, operational readiness, capability development and the evolving procurement landscape.
