Recommended Transport
Rail is the recommended route for most delegates — New Street, Moor Street and Snow Hill stations are all within walking distance, and the venue has no dedicated delegate car park.
Birmingham New Street is a five minute walk from the venue, with Moor Street and Snow Hill close by. Direct services run from London, Manchester, Bristol, Cardiff, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
West Midlands Metro stops at Grand Central, adjacent to New Street, and city bus routes serve Smallbrook Queensway directly.
The venue is signposted from the A38(M) and Queensway ring road. Public multi-storey parking at the Bullring and Moor Street is nearest — pre-booking is advised, as there is no delegate car park.
Birmingham Airport is around ten minutes by rail to New Street via Birmingham International, making the Summit accessible for same-day international travel.
Staying Overnight
The venue is attached to a city-centre hotel, with a wide choice of others within a ten-minute walk across the Bullring, New Street and Broad Street areas. Delegates travelling from further afield are advised to book early, as the city hosts several large events each June.

Accessibility and Adjustments
BCEC provides step-free access throughout the conference and exhibition floors, accessible facilities and lift access to all delegate areas. Delegates needing a reasonable adjustment — seating, hearing support, dietary requirements or assistance on arrival — should contact the event team in advance so arrangements can be made ahead of the day.

Registration is expected to open from 08:30, with the opening keynote mid-morning. Exact timings will be published with the programme.
Is parking available at the venue?
There is no dedicated delegate car park. Public multi-storey parking is available nearby at the Bullring and Moor Street, and pre-booking is recommended.
Is lunch provided?
Catering and refreshments are planned throughout the day. Dietary requirements should be flagged when registering.
Can I visit the exhibition without attending sessions?
Exhibition access is included with delegate registration, and the floor will be open across the full day for those attending only part of the programme.
