Bristol-based Q5D Technologies has signed its first U.S. Army contract, partnering with American firm Molrix to deliver three automated wire harness manufacturing cells to the U.S. Army over the next 20 months. The deal marks a significant export milestone for a UK SME whose core technology is now being deployed at the heart of the U.S. military’s drone manufacturing scale-up programme.
