THREE60 Energy, a life cycle solutions provider, has been awarded the first Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract under the United States Navy’s Amphibious Sustainment Readiness Program, led by PMS 443, covering davit systems aboard San Antonio-class LPD vessels.

The five-year, multi-million-dollar award represents the first full-service, targeted-scope contract aligned to an original equipment manufacturer under the Navy’s initial systems sustainment plan for Amphibious Warfare Ships.

The contract provides San Antonio-class vessels with direct access to OEM-level technical support, genuine parts supply, and comprehensive overhaul services, with the stated objective of enhancing operational readiness and long-term sustainment across the amphibious warfare fleet. The award is significant in the context of the US Navy’s broader push to establish structured, OEM-aligned sustainment frameworks for its amphibious platforms, a procurement model that offers predictable, long-term engagement for specialist suppliers with the technical credentials to support complex naval systems.

THREE60 Energy will deliver the contract through its established US operations, built over the past five years through its legacy Caley Services business. The company maintains its headquarters and primary warehouse facility in Houston, Texas, and operates growing overhaul and manufacturing capabilities in Covington, Louisiana. This domestic footprint enables THREE60 to carry out overhauls, supply spare parts, deliver new equipment, and provide technical expertise within country, improving turnaround times and reducing logistical friction for both the US Navy and US Coast Guard.

Group Chief Executive Walter Thain described the award as an important step in the continued expansion of THREE60’s US business, citing the company’s investment in domestic presence and OEM expertise as the foundation for scaling operations to meet increasing demand for sustainment, overhaul, and life cycle services across the Americas region.

For the wider defence supply chain, the contract illustrates the growing value placed by naval procurement authorities on OEM-aligned, in-country sustainment models that can deliver responsive, technically credible support to active fleets. As the US Navy continues to invest in the long-term readiness of its amphibious warfare capability, demand for specialist sustainment, overhaul, and parts supply services is expected to increase, with further contract opportunities anticipated across THREE60’s Americas operations. Businesses operating in maritime life cycle support, naval engineering, and OEM technical services should monitor the Amphibious Sustainment Readiness Program as it matures.
