The UK and Philippines have signed a government-to-government partnership enabling priority Philippine infrastructure projects to access up to £5 billion in UK Export Finance support and British expertise across transport, clean energy, healthcare, water, digital and advanced technology sectors. The two countries finalised the partnership on 23 September, with UK Trade Minister Lord Sarwar and Philippine Finance Secretary Federick Go as signatories.
