A UK digital and microwave radio frequency specialist has emerged from NATO’s elite innovation accelerator with international validation, accelerated product development and a clear pathway to frontline technology adoption. Shipley-based Slipstream Design has completed NATO’s Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA) programme, securing two contracts totalling £1.5 million in the process and significantly accelerating the development pathway for its ASTRO wideband adaptive radio platform.
