Prime Minister Keir Starmer convened around a dozen European partners at the NATO Summit in Ankara to launch a UK-led initiative that will see twelve countries commit more than $50bn (£37bn) over the next decade to deep precision strike capabilities, marking a significant step-up in Europe’s long-range deterrence.
